FINAL BITS OF INFORMATION:

  • Program Starts October 13th.

  • Program Ends November 23rd. 

  • Once you sign-up, you will receive a series of onboarding emails, and forms that will need to be filled out to start on October 13th.

  • Starting Zoom Call - October 13th

  • Daily Trainings Monday through Friday in an app, under 10 minutes long. Each week has a different focus point. 

  • Weekly Zoom Coaching Call Wednesdays 7:30 PM EST 

  • This program for nutrition the focus is calories, protein and fiber with a flexible approach for food. 

  • Will be using the app habit share to list the daily tasks
