Being Strong is Fun!

Yes working out is hard but I think more times we need to remember how all the fun and cool feelings it brings so that we flip our mindset from dread to excitement.

.

For me knowing if I was dangling off a cliff I could pull myself up I think that’s cool!

.

For parents being able to keep up all day with littles all without feeling you need to take a nap mid afternoon that’s cool!

.

Being able to try new activities past the age of 20 that’s also cool!

.

The mind is a powerful tool to success which is why it’s so important to check how you are thinking often and redirect if you start noticing you’re thinking only negative.
